As part of our efforts to enhance communication with our students, staff and stakeholders, Richmond County Schools has launched a new electronic flyer communication tool. This green initiative will not only save our schools paper but also reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. The district is partnering with a service provider called Peachjar to deliver these electronic flyers.
If you would like to add your own eflyer:
- Go to peachjar.com
- Register as an Enrichment/Community Organization (account type).
- Upload your flyer for approval. Please note that all flyers must include the following-RCS Disclaimer: The information in this flyer is neither endorsed by nor necessarily reflective of the views of the Board of Education, the District or any Richmond County School.
- Flyers submitted via Peachjar are automatically sent to RCS Communications for review. Flyers will be reviewed to ensure they meet the Board of Education policy requirements.
- Approved flyers will be distributed electronically to the desired school(s). They will be made available to parents and staff via email and the school website(s).
Community organizations/enrichment providers pay a small service fee to use Peachjar. This fee is typically much less than the cost of printing and delivering paper flyers to schools. Process for paper flyers:
