Summer vacation’s just begun, but already Richmond County Schools is preparing for the 2017-2018 School Year.  

     In order to provide an educational environment that’s safe and conducive to learning while still promoting school pride and student self-esteem, the district will continue with school uniforms.  However, during the June 6th Board of Education Meeting, changes were made to School Uniform Policy 4317. 

     “At the principals request, we met with students, teachers, parents as well as school and district administrators, and together we believe these updates will best serve our students,” explained Mr. Dennis Quick, Richmond County Schools’ Executive Director of Auxiliary Services.
